Terms of Service

Service. ToolsCool provides browser tools and some cloud features (for example AI Rap Video). Free local tools stay in your browser when possible; cloud tools need a signed-in account.

Accounts. Use a real email you control. Do not share login, abuse the service, or automate mass sign-ups / generations to farm credits.

Credits. Credits are the in-site pricing unit and cannot be withdrawn as cash. Subscription credits reset each billing period (unused amount does not roll over). One-time purchased credits and the welcome grant do not expire. Free tools such as Cooldown helpers do not spend credits.

Your content. You must have the rights to anything you upload (photos, lyrics, prompts). No copyright infringement, illegal content, or sexual content involving minors. For AI Rap Video we generate original beats — we do not offer hit-song cover templates. You keep rights to outputs you generate, subject to model/provider limits and these terms.

Disclaimer. We try to keep tools available, but service may interrupt. Tools are provided “as is” without warranties of uptime or fitness for a particular purpose.

Changes. We may update these terms. The date on this page is the current version.
