Refund & Cancellation

Subscriptions. You can cancel anytime. After you cancel, subscription credits stay usable until the end of the current billing period. When the period ends, the subscription bucket resets to zero; purchased credits are untouched.

One-time credit packs. Purchased credits are digital goods that become available right away, so they are generally non-refundable — except where the law requires a refund, or credits clearly never arrived / you were charged twice.

Failed generations. If a paid job fails on our side, credits taken for that job are returned to your balance (same buckets).

Billing status. Card checkout may use Stripe when enabled. These rules apply whether or not payment is live yet.

Disputes. Email [email protected] with your account email and approximate charge time. We aim to reply within 3 business days.
